Moving Ahead Partnership (MAP)

A coordinated resource navigation initiative serving unsheltered neighbors through showers, meals, clothing, ID assistance, behavioral health, housing navigation, and relationship-based care.

Compassion Impact Center (CIC)

The centralized hub where agencies, volunteers, outreach teams, and community partners provide integrated support services and pathways toward stability and housing.

G.R.I.T. Navigator Initiative

A volunteer-based relational mentoring initiative. GRIT Navigators walk alongside individuals through trust, accountability, and practical support toward housing and stabilization.

Community Outreach and Education

Programs to educate and engage the community surrounding homelessness, trauma, and recovery while equipping volunteers and leaders with tools for compassionate engagement.

Strategic Consulting and Systems Development

Consultation for organizations addressing homelessness—developing collaborative systems, outreach models, and long-term plans that improve outcomes.
