As the founder and CEO of Compassion Strategies and CCT Strategies LLC, Barry brings decades of nonprofit leadership knowledge and experience to assist organizations and individuals strive to make a greater, more strategic impact in their organizations and in the communities where they reside.  Compassion Strategies and CCT Strategies LLC equips ministries, organizations, agencies and individuals to discover and strategically refine their mission and develop comprehensive systems to support sustainable evidence based outcomes for vulnerable populations.

Jennifer Montgomery

Human Trafficking Prevention and Intervention Strategies

Jennifer Montgomery is a passionate public servant and social impact professional with more than 25 years of experience in public policy, research, program design, project management, and strategic communications. For the past decade, Jennifer led the Kansas Attorney General’s anti-human trafficking efforts as Director of Human Trafficking Education and Outreach and Chair the Kansas Human Trafficking Advisory Board. She is a subject matter expert on human trafficking, gender-based violence, child exploitation and complex trauma and has seasoned advocacy skills in both state and federal government.

Kourtney Barr

Trauma-Informed Strategies

Kourtney Barr serves as the Deputy Director of Transformational Services at the Topeka Rescue Mission (TRM). Transformational Services includes all of TRM’s programming for both guests and community members alike. Programming options include Trauma Education, Life Skills Development, Financial Literacy, Career Readiness, and Biblical Learning & Equipping.

Miriam Krehbiel

Organizational Services

 With over 34 years of executive level experience, Miriam Krehbiel brings a diverse compilation of experiences in a variety of industries. Along with her professional experience, Miriam brings a commitment to excellence, a passion for making a difference, and a desire to help people meet their goals.  Miriam currently serves as the Deputy Director of Supportive Services at the Topeka Rescue Mission.
