Pat Michaelis has been with Midwest Housing Equity Group (MHEG) for 20 years. MHEG is a federal housing tax credit syndicator raising capital to fund affordable housing developments. Pat’s primary territories are Kansas and Missouri, working with KHRC, investors and affordable housing developers. In Topeka, Pat and MHEG have facilitated 467 safe, affordable housing units for families and seniors housing close to 1,000 individuals.

Prior involvements:  Kansas Housing Association; Topeka Downtown Foundation; Harry Colmery Plaza; and GO Topeka. Pat is married to Connie Michaelis, with six children and 15 grandchildren.
